Please read this policy and the India Expert terms and conditions carefully as they will provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer in relation to any purchase or service we provide to you.
We make every effort to provide service to you in accordance with the requirements and deadlines set out for each service or product purchased from India Expert.
However, if we are unable to provide you with the service or product you purchased from us for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Only if the service or goods purchased from India Expert are clearly and visibly needed should the refund be considered.
- If a buyer pays for a service and then requests a refund solely due to a change of heart, the refund will be denied because India Expert made no mistake, defect, or onus.
- In the event of a change of mind, refund requests will not be considered after the work has been shared with you. However, we will give you the option of using the money you paid for an alternative service in India Expert worth the same sum, and the money you paid could be applied in part or in full to the new service.
- If a refund request is sent 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product, and the request is suggested and communicated by email or some other means of communication declaring that the work has been completed, the refund request will be deemed invalid.
If India Expert Advisors have approved the settlement application, the settlement application will then be processed by email to you. This process may take at least 15 (fifteen) business days and will be credited, respectively to your bank account. We shall carefully review the reimbursement process and ensure that your money is returned to you as soon as possible.
