I have commenced my independent practice as a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audits, internal audits,  direct and indirect taxation,  FEMA, budget analysis, etc., Have summarised my experience as below:

• Conducted 70+ Audit assignments in every year including 25+ Statutory audits of Pvt Ltd companies, Tax audits, GST Audits, Stock audits, and Transfer pricing audits.
• Lead a team of 4-6  junior associates audit assignments including bank audits.
• Perform risk assessments, data analytics, and financial reviews under internal audits.
• Filing income tax returns for clients including Pvt Ltd companies, LLP, Individuals, Trusts & AOPs.
• Preparing and Filing Annual returns of company and LLP with Registrar of Companies and other statutory forms required from incorporation to closure of company and LLP.
• Filing applicable forms with RBI under FEMA Regulations, (FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA,)
• Preparation of financial projections, monthly and quarterly reports, and Share valuation Reports, etc.,
• Provided consultancy services on tax planning, budgeting, etc., to support business requirements and partner to improve and strengthen existing control environment.
